1. Definitions

• "Drukwer Kinkoop", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Drukwer Kinkoop, a financial education provider registered in Singapore at 38 Beach Road, #29-11 South Beach Tower, Singapore 189767.
• "Programme" — any structured educational course offered by Drukwer Kinkoop, including Sunlit Savings, Bright Investment Horizons, and Panoramic Financial Planning.
• "Participant" / "you" — any person who enrols in or attends a Drukwer Kinkoop programme.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any programme enrolment confirmation issued by Drukwer Kinkoop.
• "Content" — all materials, session recordings (where applicable), documents, worksheets, and intellectual property provided during a programme.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, completing an enrolment, or attending a programme session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment.

Our programmes are intended for individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Singapore law.

3. Programme Description and Availability

Drukwer Kinkoop offers financial education programmes structured as group cohort experiences. Programmes are delivered in Singapore and may be offered in-person, remotely, or as a combination of both, depending on the format confirmed at the time of enrolment.

We reserve the right to adjust programme content, format, facilitators, or scheduling where circumstances require. Where a material change occurs prior to a programme beginning, enrolled participants will be notified with reasonable notice and offered alternative arrangements or a full refund.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from Drukwer Kinkoop. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Drukwer Kinkoop reserves the right to decline an enrolment where a programme requires prior completion of an earlier programme and the relevant prerequisite has not been met. We will communicate this clearly before any payment is processed.

5. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are as stated at the time of enrolment. All fees are quoted and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of the programme unless a specific instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept payment via methods confirmed during the enrolment process.

Current programme fees are:

• Sunlit Savings Programme — SGD 270
• Bright Investment Horizons — SGD 890
• Panoramic Financial Planning — SGD 2,350

Fees are subject to change for future cohorts. Confirmed enrolments are not affected by fee changes after the enrolment date.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 14 calendar days before programme start: full refund of fees paid.
• Cancellation 7–14 calendar days before programme start: 50% refund of fees paid.
• Cancellation fewer than 7 calendar days before programme start: no refund, but participants may request to transfer to a later cohort (subject to availability, one transfer permitted).
• No-shows or non-attendance once a programme has commenced: no refund.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

If Drukwer Kinkoop cancels a programme for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

7. Participant Responsibilities and Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Attend sessions punctually and engage with the programme in good faith
• Treat fellow participants and facilitators with courtesy and respect
• Not share programme materials with third parties outside the cohort
• Not record sessions without prior written consent from Drukwer Kinkoop
• Use programme content for personal educational purposes only

Drukwer Kinkoop reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct materially disrupts the learning environment for others.

8. Intellectual Property

All programme content — including materials, workbooks, frameworks, and session content — is the intellectual property of Drukwer Kinkoop. Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own educational purposes during and after the programme.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or share programme content without prior written permission from Drukwer Kinkoop. This includes sharing via social media, email, or any other digital or physical medium.

9. Educational Scope and Disclaimers

Drukwer Kinkoop provides financial education. Our programmes are designed to improve financial understanding and decision-making capability. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial service under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289) or the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110).

Programme content is prepared with care and reviewed regularly, but Drukwer Kinkoop does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the material for any particular individual's financial situation. Participants should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

Programme outcomes vary by individual. We do not represent or imply that participation will result in specific financial gains or outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Drukwer Kinkoop's liability to any participant arising from or related to participation in a programme or use of our website is limited to the fees paid for that programme.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on programme content, loss of income, or loss of opportunity.

11. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation. We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.

External links on our website are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites.

12. Termination

Either party may end the enrolment relationship in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in Section 6. Drukwer Kinkoop may terminate a participant's enrolment immediately, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct, breach of these Terms, or conduct harmful to other participants.

Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), and 10 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination of this Agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage participants to raise any concerns with us directly. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the Singapore Mediation Centre or the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Drukwer Kinkoop regarding programme participation.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in force.
• Waiver: Failure by Drukwer Kinkoop to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement. Drukwer Kinkoop may transfer its rights in connection with a business restructure.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. For material changes, enrolled participants will be notified. Continued participation in any programme after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
